ADRIAN LI
Adrian began his fitness lifestyle as a member of his school's Varsity Cross Country and Track teams. He then embarked upon his martial arts journey with Wing Chun Kung Fu after watching the movie Ip Man, and training to become an instructor in the art.
At Boston University, Adrian led his team of Kung Fu club members in numerous performances and martial arts competitions. He also founded the Boston University's Wing Chun Program where he taught over 100 students, including his wife, Kaity. Soon afterward Adrian discovered Obstacle Course Racing from Spartan Race and quickly fell in love with the sport.
While he has numerous certifications, Adrian continues to study and learn in order to evolve his skills and knowledge. Adrian is highly active in both Martial Arts and Spartan, and competes regularly in order to grow and chase his goal of achieving peak human fitness.

KAITY ZHU
Kaity's fitness journey began when she unexpectedly made her school's Track and Cross Country Teams and eventually rose to become Captain. At Boston University, Kaity would meet her now husband, Adrian, while learning self-defense and Wing Chun.
Adrian convinced Kaity to do her first martial arts tournament with only one month of training. A taste of competition motivated Kaity to go further, eventually propelling her to claim the title of Lightweight Women's Champion in Continuous Fighting during the Ocean State National Championships in Boston.
Kaity later fell in love with Spartan Racing, where her desire to perform better pushed her to build a well-rounded physique. In her second year of racing and her first elite race, she qualified for the Spartan World Championships, an event that encouraged the couple to chase their fitness dreams and careers.
Today, Kaity is highly active in both Martial Arts and OCR circuits. She loves to train, compete with (and against) her husband, and take on new challenges that further develop her as an athlete and fitness professional.

We are a private performance studio specializing in 1:1 Coaching and Small Group Training. Open gym membership is offered only to our active training students for a focused environment yielding the best athletic and fitness development.
Our studio is designed to be un-intimidating, straightforward, and easy to use. With innovative and multi-use equipment that our coaches have extensively tested to yield better performance, experience gear that you won't be able to see in your standard big-chain gym, without the crowded lines.
